Cartwright Welcome Back LetterPosted on 05/04/2018

Dear Cartwright Families,
I want you to know how grateful we are to have our students back in their classrooms. The events of the past two weeks and the #RedforEd movement have tested the resolve of our teachers, staff and families. We appreciate your patience and support through the journey to get adequate funding for our schools and raises for our staff.
We are in the process of determining whether we will need to add days to the school year. Please continue to check our website www.csd83.org and Cartwright’s social media pages for updates. Our commitment is to provide our students with a world-class education and we will continue to do so.
Thank you for entrusting us with your child’s education.
Sincerely,
Dr. Jacob A. Chávez
Superintendent
