    More than 60 businesses, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions and employers engaged with Cartwright 8th grade scholars from all the district’s middle school programs recently at the first College & Career Readiness (CCR) Expo at the Marc T. Atkinson gymnasium.

    Kudos to our NBCT Teachers From Our Superintendent

    Dear Cartwright Families, I am proud to report that we have an impressive 30 National Board Certified Teachers (NBCT) educating our scholars in 16 of our schools. We’re just four shy of having at least one NBCT teacher at each of our district schools! I am confident we will soon reach that terrific milestone.

    If you enjoy free, savory and nutritious meals, you're in luck! Children and teens aged 0-18 can now enjoy free and delicious meals through July 25 at two schools: John F. Long School (4407 N. 55th Avenue) and C.W. Harris School (2252 N. 55th Avenue). No application is needed!
