    Kindergarten is the foundation for a child's education. Your child must be enrolled at the beginning of the school year.

    Kindergarten Objectives:

    Math:

    • Count in sequence and count objects.
    • Compare numbers.
    • Understand basic addition and subtraction.
    • Identify, describe, create, compare, and analyze shapes.

    Reading:

    • Solidify knowledge of the alphabet.
    • Learn letter sounds to begin reading and creating words.
    • Recognize upper and lowercase letters and write them.
    • Recognize common sight words.
    • Read a Kindergarten-level book by the end of the year.
