The Aguila Youth Leadership program is a college and career readiness program that is offered to Cartwright 8th grade scholars each year. Students are selected through an application process and attend two sessions monthly throughout the academic year. The Aguila Youth Leadership program is designed to provide our scholars with opportunities and experiences that support academic, personal and professional growth in preparation for their future. Experiences and opportunities offered through Aguila include work with students on goal setting, training, awareness and preparation necessary to be college, career and future ready.
