Dr. Shelby Jasmer
Director of School Improvement and Accountability

Shelby Jasmer has been employed by the Cartwright District for 15 years. She served as the principal of John F. Long School for seven years and currently works in the Educational Services Department where she has been the Director of School Improvement and Director of Assessment and Accountability. She currently serves as the Director of RTI and Accountability. She earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy from Arizona State University.
