The Cartwright Records Department assists parents and stakeholders by providing past records of students for business purposes, DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) verification, documents for governmental agencies and/or proof of enrollment. This department prides itself on confidentiality. Trust that we will never hand over or disclose the contents of documents unless we are lawfully allowed to do so. During all transactions, we adhere to all FERPA (Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act) confidentiality requirements.

• To request a general education student record, you must complete a student records request form and provide a copy of your photo ID. Forms are available in English and Spanish. Email forms and photo Id to [email protected]

  • You can also request general education student records online; please fill out this form.

Please Note: Records will only be released to a parent or legal guardian of the minor child (under the age of 18). If the student is 18 years old or older, records will only be released to the student.
