The start of the school year was extra special for students at Frank Borman School and Starlight Park College Preparatory Community School. Thanks to the generosity of Talus Development LLC, 200 backpacks filled with brand-new school supplies were donated to help students begin the year prepared for success.
This act of kindness carried an even deeper meaning for the Cartwright community. Jose Noriega, a former Cartwright student who attended both Cartwright Elementary and Frank Borman Elementary, returned to his roots with his team at Talus Development. For the past five years, Jose and his colleagues have proudly given back to the district by providing school supplies to students in need.
The ongoing partnership with Talus Development reflects the strength of community support for education. By ensuring that children have the tools they need to thrive, Talus Development continues to make a positive impact on the lives of students and families across the district.
The Cartwright School District is grateful for the commitment and generosity of Talus Development LLC, whose dedication helps create bright beginnings for every new school year.
