Cartwright School District #83

The Cartwright School District is currently in the process of reviewing multiple resources for the textbook adoption in the area of English Language Arts (ELA)  instruction. Committees of highly qualified personnel reviewed a number of vendors of ELA textbooks and determined two options that meet the high expectations and excellence that we expect as a school district. We are now actively seeking feedback from our community to help make the final decision. The committees and Governing Board have come to a consensus for two ELA vendors. Both vendors provide digital access to their resources, as well as physical copies of their materials for the community to view. Materials received from the two vendors are available to view at the Cartwright District Office in the main lobby. Stakeholder feedback is critically important to making an informed decision about the resources that will be used to provide the highest quality instruction. We encourage everyone to take time to review these materials and provide feedback to support the final ELA textbook recommendation to our Governing Board. Digital access to view materials for both vendors is provided below, as well as a Google Form at the end of the page to provide your feedback.
