The Cartwright School District has adopted student uniforms and a dress code has been established for all schools to promote learning, increase safety on school grounds, and foster unity. The uniform colors at Davidson are:
- Tops: Polo or solid plain crew neck t-shirts with no symbols or logos. All shirts must be navy blue, while, green, purple, or any Davidson spirit shirt.
- Bottoms: Blue or black jeans, sweatpants, or khaki pants. Pants must be worn at the waist.
- Shoes: Closed-toed be worn all day and may include Crocs. Close-toed shoes must be worn during PE.
- No v-neck shirts, tank tops, crop tops, or shirts of any logo or design. No black or red shirts. No sagging pants. No pants with rips, tears, or holes. No skirts shorter than 2 inches above the knee. No sandals, flip-flops, shoes with a heel, slippers, etc. No hats, hoodies, bandannas, or other head coverings. No clothing, accessories, jewelry, etc. that does not meet the Davidson expectations of care for self, care for other, and care for the environment.
- All final decisions about dress code will be made by administration.
