Throughout the week, we collaborated, learned, and planned as we revisited our mission and vision and participated in professional development focused on PBIS, TopScore, AVID, and ELD—all with one goal in mind: ensuring our students are successful. We also had the opportunity to attend the Cartwright Welcome Back Conference, where we gained new ideas and inspiration to better serve our students.

Our AVID Elective ambassadors and Student Council leaders hosted over 700 6th graders at Estrella to tour campus from 8 schools, including Pena, Sunset,
Tomahawk, Holiday Park,
Davidson, Starlight Park, and Heatherbrae.
Tour guides described the electives, clubs and various locations while answering questions from their groups. They were professional, polite and represented our campus well.
