Vicki Wingfield, has been apart of the Cartwright School District since 2012. She has a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education from Arizona State University, Master's of Education in Multicultural Education from Northern Arizona University, and a Master's of Education in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University.

As an elementary school teacher for eight years, an Induction/Retention Specialist & Professional Developer for three years and the Assistant Principal of Charles W. Vicki knows that using this evidence to communicating high expectations for students to become assessment capable learners has one of the highest effect sizes on student achievement. It is her goal for the Assessment & Data Management Team to provide the Cartwright stakeholders with accurate, in-time evidence of student achievement in order to impact instruction.
